  • Domestic (U.S.): 15–20 business days.
  • International: 15–30 business days, depending on destination.
    Shipping times may vary by location and product type, but we always strive for the fastest delivery possible.

Shipping Costs:

  • U.S.: Free shipping on all orders.
  • Europe, Canada, Australia: Standard rates applied at checkout.
  • Other destinations: Rates calculated automatically based on location.

2️⃣ Returns & Refunds

Eligibility for Returns:
We do not accept returns for personal preference or change of mind.

    You may not need to return the item to receive a refund or replacement.

3️⃣ Order Issues & Customer Support

Tracking Shows Delivered but Not Received:

  • Check with neighbors, household members, or your local post office.
  • Still missing? Contact us — we’ll help investigate with the carrier.

Received the Wrong or Defective Item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours with photos of the product and packaging.
  • We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as soon as possible.

Missing Items:

  • Some orders may ship separately.
  • If something is missing, please check tracking info or contact us for clarification.
